We'll split you into groups and you'll have the opportunity to visit and learn at 3 different "stations" throughout the cafe.

1  - In the Kitchen with Pam

One of our local animal protein experts, Pam Ellenberger from Bent Limb Farm in Shoemakersville will be taking over the kitchen to show us how to properly roast an entire bird!  She'll also talk about how they're raised and how that effects sustainability on the farm.

1) How to Roast and Carve a whole Chicken

2) How to cut up a raw chicken correctly into pieces to cook (or store/freeze)
